Modern home owners are looking to eliminate beams and post which are often inconvenient in rec rooms and basements. Contractors and home builders are also looking for easier and faster ways to construct housing projects. The answer is often pre-engineered wooden floor trusses.

Floor trusses allow for clear spans even up to 40' and more, and also provide fast and easy plumbing and wiring solutions. With their "open web" design, floor trusses allow heating, plumbing and electrical contractors to "speed up" construction, eliminating the need to drill holes and cut joists. Heating chases can even be designed into the floor truss, allowing for heating ducts to run perpendicular to the joist.
