STEP
1:
The 10' x 8' Floor Kit components are required; in addition to this kit.
Assemble the 2" x 4" floor frame by placing the 96" treated 2" x 4", on edge, attach the two 24" plates with nails, making it a 10' long frame. Inserting the six treated 2" x 4"x 89 5/8" pieces between them, attach the other six (6) 48" pieces with the gusset plates making 137 1/4" studs.
Center the
one stud(137 5/8") on the joint of the 10' plate!
*NOTE
- DO NOT PUT GUSSET ON THE OUTSIDE EDGE OF THE FRAME.
Spacing the long 137 5/8" at 24" on center. Nail the outer plates to the ends of each 1/4" long studs with two 3" coated nails. Ensure that all studs are nailed flush with the adjoining plates.
STEP 2:
Level the desired site of your new shed. It is suggested that you use 3 - 4" x 4" x 10' long treated posts (not supplied) to level the site and raise the floor off of the ground. Arrange these blockings as shown here.

3:
Place the three sheets of plywood on top of the frame, perpendicular to the 140 5/8" studs. Ensure that all edges of the plywood are flush with the frame before nailing the plywood to the frame with 1¸" coated nails. Nails should be place at 12" intervals around the perimeter and along each stud. Then attach the last two 24" pieces as shown (# 4 and # 5) nailing with 1 1/2"nails.
