Stair Stringers
The Norfab Super Stringer is more than twice as strong as regular notched stringers. By using 2" X 6" Ponderosa Pine strong backs, which are notch, glued, and nailed, the pressure treating process is able to reach through to the center of the material.
We manufacture these sturdy stringers in 10' and 14' riser units so you can reach those long spans with a one-piece stringer, and no additional supports.
Super Stringers arrive treated ensuring they will last for many years to come. Why waste time, energy, and money by trying to cut stringers yourself when we have taken care of all that for you?
The Super Stringer is easily cut to fit any outdoor application. For example, if a 7' riser is all you require simply purchase a 14' riser and follow the instructions by cutting the stringer in half.
